Are you in a hard place and wonder if God is still Are you in a hard place and wonder if God is still with you?⁣
⁣
Whatever came to your mind as you read the title to this post, the answer is Yes, God is with you even there. ⁣
⁣
Some paths feel so lonely I wonder if God is still with me, some paths seem endlessly complex and pointless, while still others bare the sting of shame knowing they were taken in rebellion.⁣
⁣
Though God promises never to leave us, at times His absence seems more of a reality than His Presence.⁣
⁣
This feels most true when travelling a hard path due to some perceived fault of my own, yet even there, God is with me. ⁣
⁣
Perhaps those are the very places God dwells even closer.⁣
⁣
Join me on the blog for my post, "God is With You Even There", where I share a remarkable truth about the hard places. Link in bio!

⁣
Sharing some fun from my trip to the Philadelphia Museum of Art, one of my favorite places to get lost!⁣
⁣
Speaking of getting lost, we literally did get lost in the museum and ended up in a "secret staircase" which when we came down was roped off to the public, and the security guard almost fell over when he saw us. ⁣
⁣
He could not figure out how we did it, and in the end we all had a huge laugh over it!⁣
⁣
But I was intoxicated by the beauty of the art of my favorite artists, Van Gogh, Monet, Degas, Cezanne, Renoir and Mary Cassatt among a few.⁣
⁣
In the midst of all the timeless art, God reminded me of Ephesians 2:10:⁣
⁣
"For we are God’s masterpiece. He has created us anew in Christ Jesus, so we can do the good things he planned for us long ago."⁣
⁣
He reminded me I was His masterpiece created 67 years ago for His glory and purpose. Standing in the Great Hall of the museum, those words echoed through my heart in a new way.⁣
⁣
Today, as I celebrate my birthday, may I celebrate yours, too, for you are also God's masterpiece, and together we make a glorious collection of beauty and power for His kingdom.⁣

Do you find yourself weighed down by the ordinary? Do you find yourself weighed down by the ordinary?⁣
⁣
Some mornings, grace arrives on tiptoe with a warm cup of coffee, rather than in a grand gesture or a dramatic revelation.⁣
⁣
These small, ordinary moments are easy to overlook, yet they carry the subtle presence of God. ⁣
⁣
When we pause long enough to notice, even the simplest routines can become windows to divine wonder, reminding us that life is sprinkled with hidden treasures if we take the time to see them.⁣
⁣
We may even find God in a cup of coffee.⁣

A prayer to welcome autumn. 🍁 May this season A prayer to welcome autumn. 🍁 May this season remind you of God’s faithfulness and love.”

“As autumn arrives, we’re reminded that God is with us in every season.

🍂 Just as the trees release their leaves, may we find grace to release self-reliance and rest in His love.”

✨ Let this short prayer guide you into a new season of trust and hope.

Subheading (3).mp4 🍁Who are you becoming in Subheading (3).mp4

🍁Who are you becoming in this season of autumn?

🌻Did you know that roughly every 90 days we transition into a new season? Though autumn has just arrived, in 90 days we will transition to winter.

🍂Autumn is by far my favorite season, but sometimes my joy is dampened with the knowledge that "winter is coming".

🌼Nature teaches us much about change and transition. Whether we are ready or not, nature moves us into the next season.

🧡Life is much the same, we cannot always choose a season of life where we prefer to remain. But we can rejoice in knowing with each seasonal life change, we are becoming more authentically who God intended we become. In each season of life, you become more truly You.

🙏And we also find Hope in knowing God is with us, redeeming every moment of every season, whether that season is our "favorite" season or the hardest we have walked through.

🤗Where can you see God at work in this season? Let me know in the comments!🧡
What can autumn teach us about the year's Final Ho What can autumn teach us about the year's Final Hours?⁣
⁣
The seasons teach us a quiet truth about life. 🍂 Spring whispers of beginnings. Summer hums with joy. Autumn reveals beauty in change. And winter shows us that endings are never the end.⁣
⁣
Every stage of life carries beauty and purpose. May this autumn season remind you: God is always at work, making all things new. 🌿⁣
⁣
Check out my post, "The Final Hours" for a deeper reflection, link in smart bio!⁣

Save this for days when you need to remember God's faithfulness in every season bringing beauty to your story no matter the season.
